Many airports don't have access to reliable airline performance data limiting their knowledge of airline customers, RDC can provide this data through its Apex platform

Real airline/airport case studies will be discussed highlighting how the data can be used to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses in airline performance

There will be examples of airports with underperforming airline networks, understanding this data gives an airport an opportunity to provide additional support in order to maintain services

There will be other examples of overperforming networks where an appreciation of this data would bring the opportunity to withdraw support, increase charges etc.

And finally, airport marketing will be covered in terms of including positive airline performance data for presentations to target airlines
